Technical Sales Executive

Raincoat Roofing Systems is seeking a full time Technical Sales Executive who can combine product knowledge with strong customer service. This role suits someone who enjoys helping customers understand technical details and can support them from first contact to final installation.

What you will do

You will guide customers through the buying process, answer technical questions and prepare proposals that show how our products meet their needs. You will travel to meet clients when required, attend industry events and present our solutions with confidence. You will stay informed about market trends and competitor products and work with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met. You will also manage targets and handle follow up and after sales support.

What you bring

You should have an HND in Marketing, Building Technology or Civil Engineering along with sales experience in construction or a related industry. You need to be a strong communicator who can explain technical details in simple terms. You should be organised, proactive and motivated to meet sales targets. Roofing knowledge is an advantage but not essential if you can learn quickly.
