Sales Manager

Raincoat Roofing Systems is looking for a full time Sales Manager who can lead a growing sales team and drive strong commercial performance across the country. This role suits someone who enjoys setting clear plans, developing people and taking responsibility for results.

What you will do

You will oversee Sales Executives and Technical Sales Executives and guide their daily and weekly activities. You will plan how the team approaches the market, track performance and support staff so targets are met. You will keep in touch with customer feedback and market trends so you can make informed recommendations to senior management. You will also play a central role in improving after sales service and customer loyalty.

What you bring

You should have a degree in Marketing or a related field and strong experience in sales leadership. You need to be confident making decisions, able to plan work effectively and comfortable giving practical guidance to staff. You should understand how to forecast sales, read performance data and create a positive, reliable working culture. Strong communication, integrity and good interpersonal skills are essential.
